1. Identity Verification
Before renting any vehicle, the renter must provide a valid phone number, national ID/passport, and other required documents.
2. Age Requirement
Renters must be at least 18 years old to rent a vehicle. Renters under this age are not permitted.
3. Rental Duration
The minimum rental period is 5 hours. Extra hours beyond the agreed return time may incur additional charges.
4. Unauthorized Usage
Vehicles cannot be used for racing, carrying illegal goods, or any criminal activity. Violations will result in immediate contract termination.
5. Advanced Booking & Cancellation
Bookings must be confirmed in advance. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before to avoid a cancellation fee.
6. Payment Terms
Full rental payment must be made in advance. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or mobile financial services (e.g., bKash, Nagad).
7. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. The amount depends on the vehicle category and rental duration.
8. Reservation Policy
Vehicle reservations are confirmed only after payment of the booking fees. Failure to collect the vehicle at the agreed time may lead to cancellation.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
10. Vehicle Replacement
If the rented vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen issues, a similar category replacement will be provided based on availability.
11. Late Return Policy
Delayed returns without prior notice may result in additional hourly or daily charges.
12. Company Rights
Zohorul Rent-A-Car reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any rental agreement without notice if terms are violated.
